By using 9jaFinder, you agree to provide accurate information when listing or requesting a property, and to use the platform for genuine property search, listing, and management purposes only.

Agents and landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. 9jaFinder reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

Wallet funds held on the platform may only be used for services offered on 9jaFinder (rent payments, promotions, and management fees). Funding is processed through our licensed payment partner.

For 9jaFinder-managed properties, tenancy terms (rent cycle, notice periods, and eviction process) follow the agreement signed between the landlord, tenant, and 9jaFinder as property manager.
